Pathline Foundry is the energy engineering, analysis, and software practice of RT Williams, PhD, CEM. I help commercial, industrial, institutional, and public-sector facilities meet Building Performance Standards, capture utility incentives, and lower energy costs, and I stay through implementation so the recommendations turn into results.

Washington school districts, with West Ridge Energy (2025 to present): 18 buildings benchmarked across ten districts, ASHRAE Level 2 audits at an 18.5% median recommended savings, and 9 of 10 Tier 1 buildings at or under target with the recommended measures (modeled)
Idaho custom printing manufacturer (2026): an energy benchmark against 254 peer plants that put demand charges at an estimated 38% to 52% of the bill, and each 10% off the monthly peak at about $2,406 to $4,210 a year, with nothing bought
