Idaho Power runs two programs most building owners never touch: a detailed energy assessment reimbursed at 75% of cost (up to $12,500), and a custom project incentive covering up to 70% of the efficiency upgrades the audit identifies. You choose your own consultant. No approved-vendor list to win. I run the assessment, handle the paperwork, and stay through implementation so the savings and the incentives both show up.
